Return & Refund Policy


At Verola, customer satisfaction is our priority.


We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.


To initiate a return, please contact us at support@goodsverola.com with your order number and reason for return.


Non-returnable items include:


  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)


Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.


Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Damaged or defective items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.


Order cancellations:

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.


Late or missing refunds:
